Yes! Many of our clients live abroad and arrange care for their loved ones in Ghana. You can book online, and we’ll keep you updated on your family member’s well-being.
How soon can care services begin after booking?
Depending on availability, services can start within 24 to 72 hours after consultation. Urgent cases may be accommodated sooner.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
You can reschedule or cancel by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
What payment options are available for online bookings?
We accept bank transfers, mobile money (MoMo), and other secure online payment options.
